- NNNateNov 16, 20251.0Unsatisfactory service here at this location. My wife chose to stay here for business and had a horrific time checking in. The front desk person locked themselves out of the system and waited about 45 min before calling for help and my wife sat in the lobby for almost an hour and a half before anything got done. When my wife asked for late check out she was informed that it was at 1, which is only 1 hour after normal check out. No sense of urgency to help her get in a room and has forever left a bad taste for this location. Would not recommend

- NGNicole GarciaNov 10, 20255.0I loved the location so many good food places and a movie theater all within walking distance they also offered breakfast and I checked in on a Tuesday and was surprised to see they where giving out free food to all the guests for someone traveling with kids that was such a great thing to see I also wanted to say how helpful and nice the front desk lady was miss angela and her manager Mrs.lawanda helped answer all my questions and got me checked in fast . they are doing great things at that location I will definitely be back

- LSLanelle SpruellOct 1, 20252.0The room I was in, the shower didn't work as it was supposed to. When the shower was on, there was still water coming out of the faucet from the tub. With the water running from both locations, the tub would fill with water in seconds. I advised the staff and they nonchalantly said that they're aware of the issue and it's in every room. The night staff, seemed like they were never at the desk and didn't feel like working. One would come out, but would go out to smoke and talk on the phone. When I arrived, the lady that checked me in was talking on her phone and acted like I interrupted her call because I came to check-in. Overall....I wouldn't recommend this hotel!!!
