The front desk person locked themselves out of the system and waited about 45 min before calling for help and my wife sat in the lobby for almost an hour and a half before anything got done. When my wife asked for late check out she was informed that it was at 1, which is only 1 hour after normal check out. No sense of urgency to help her get in a room and has forever left a bad taste for this location. Would not recommend
- NGNicole GarciaNov 10, 20255.0I loved the location so many good food places and a movie theater all within walking distance they also offered breakfast and I checked in on a Tuesday and was surprised to see they where giving out free food to all the guests for someone traveling with kids that was such a great thing to see I also wanted to say how helpful and nice the front desk lady was miss angela and her manager Mrs.lawanda helped answer all my questions and got me checked in fast . they are doing great things at that location I will definitely be back
