Everything was clean and our room was well kept. The best part about the stay was the people. Everyone there was so helpful and nice. Amanda and Georgie (unsure of spelling sorry) were THE BEST! We will definitely be making this our “home base” for all of our DFW stays.

- MMMaxOct 2, 20255.0I stay in quite a few IHG properties, mostly Holiday Inn Express but sometimes Candlewood Suites, if area HIE are sold out for the night. All my rooms have been up to brand standards, as I expect them to be. They have a strong reputation to uphold. The staff are what really makes the difference. The gentleman (George) who checked me in at this location was very friendly, and efficient in his work, quickly getting a tired traveller assigned a room. The next morning my experience was equal to check-in, as the location GM (Amanda) was at the front desk when I was leaving. We had a brief but very pleasant chat and I learned she is originally from my home state (NC). I rate my experience at this hotel 10/10, and highly recommend it.
