  We made a last minute trip to Dallas and decided to stay the night here. Upon getting into the room we checked the room out and there was black mold on the bathroom ceiling. We then tried to call down to the front desk numerous times to report as we have a 2 year old with us and we received no answer we also wanted extra pillows but we got no answers. We then the next morning found a used flosser in the towel rack 🤢. So upon check out we reported said issues and there was no manager so they called the manager and they didn’t answer their phones. We waited and management called back and still was no help in the situation so we had to call Best Western Customer Service for better service and get better help. Also we had a problem with people slamming doors non stop all night around us and didn’t get decent sleep at all. Please see pictures attached

  Hotel muito fraco. Mal cuidado. Antigo, limpeza ruim. Serviço péssimo. O café da manhã não tinha água nem café. Você leu certo: SEM ÁGUA E CAFÉ. Ao perguntar a funcionária, a mesma disse que a água eu poderia buscar no lobby, no outro andar (isso com a vasilha vazia no restaurante lá, disponível para uso), e que café não tinha pois a máquina estava quebrada.

  The rooms and location isn't bad. My only complaint so far is"get what you pay for". All the money a working man has to pay for this place, he should be fed on time. Banking on the fact he wants to eat before he heads to work should be what he gets. My first two mornings breakfast supposed to start at 6:30. One day it started at 7:30 and today 7:55 and still isn't done. Also they don't do breakfast like the good old days!

  Everything seems to be clean and tidy. Updated and modern. Great value. The only downside is the water temperature knob in the shower would not go much past warm.

  Terrible location and very poor service. The rooms facing the road are extremely noisy traffic noise is constant and makes it nearly impossible to sleep. I asked to be moved to a room on the back side of the hotel, but the front desk agent said the hotel was fully booked. However, I checked Expedia while and saw multiple rooms available for the same dates. When I went back to the front desk, the service was dismissive and unhelpful. After contacting her manager, I was told the only option was to pay for an upgrade at $220 USD, even though the same room was available online for $216 CAD. That’s unacceptable. On top of that, the room smelled strongly of cigarette smoke and bathroom has mold. Overall, the service was nonexistent, the room conditions were poor, and the location is awful due to noise. I would not recommend staying at this hotel.
