We had issues with this stay from the moment I booked the location. Within five minutes of making the reservation, I realized I had selected the wrong location, but I was not allowed to cancel the room. As a result, we had to drive about 30 minutes out of our way. When we arrived, there were several people smoking outside near the back entrance, and the back door was unlocked, meaning our room key was not required to enter the property. This raised some safety concerns. The room itself appeared older, and the carpet clearly needed to be cleaned. There was also a significant amount of traffic noise, which made it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. We noticed several tiny spiders coming out of the bathroom sink as well. Our room did not have any washcloths, so I had to go to the front desk to request them. Unfortunately, one of the washcloths I received was dirty. The shower also had no hot water and did not drain properly. During breakfast, we overheard other guests making similar complaints. The breakfast itself was disappointing—the coffee machine was not working, the food quality was poor, and they were out of most of the juice options. The only positive thing I can say is that the staff was very kind and polite when I brought these issues to their attention. This location is listed as a “Plus” property, but unfortunately there was nothing about our experience that reflected that. We are rewards members and, so far, this has been the worst stay we have had.

Stayed here 3 nights on the spring break of 2026. From the minute we walked in until we departed the staff were absolutely fantastic, friendly and very helpful. The rooms were big enough for what we (family of 4) needed during our stay. The air-conditioning worked fantasticly. The beds were a bit high for my wife and kids (all 5 ft and under) but worked overall and very comfortable. Water temp in showers was a bit on the cool side pending when they were used (I'm assuming it's because multiple rooms were using them at the same time) Nice breakfast offered in the morning with some gluten-free options. Nice size outdoor pool on site. Several restaurants and convenience stores in walking distance. Definitely a place I would stay again if in the area. Good in-between location for activities in Arlington, Dallas and Fort Worth.

The moment we walked into our room at 10:30pm, we could hear the highway traffic buzzing by. The King room we were given was incredibly loud and sounded as like we were parked at a truck stop on an interstate. We travel frequently and have never experienced such a loud room with road noise, not even staying at a SureStay motel with outside doors, next to a busy interstate. We requested a different room and were told they there weren’t any other King rooms available. We were offered to upgrade to a queen for $30 more. We had seen the room rates for Queen rooms a few hours earlier when we booked our room online and they were a similar rate, maybe $10 more. We told the front desk attendant we would rather cancel our reservation and go elsewhere than pay an extra $30 when we saw the rooms were far less online. The attendant spoke with the manager and we were moved to a queen room on the opposite side of the building, opposite side from the highway. The attendant was very quiet and we could barely understand her (she was foreign), and she didn’t tell us what was happening. We do not know at the time of writing this if we were moved for no additional cost, or charged an upgrade for the new room. The Queen room we were moved to was much quieter. Our only issue with the room was the beds were very firm, much firmer than any other Best Western Plus we’ve stayed, which are typically very consistent when it comes to maintaining the same comfort and atmosphere. The pillows were bundled in their cases into small squares. We don’t understand why the pillows weren’t at least standard pillow size. One of the phones in the room didn’t work. The bath towels are very small. And there was no hot water for showers in the morning. We were told when we checked out that the hotel was having issues with the boiler. This was one of the worst Best Western Plus experiences we’ve had to date, more like what you would expect from a Sure Stay.
