Rodriguez Sr.Jun 22, 20251.0Check in June 20 2025 about 6:00 pm room 105 it looked nice at first but when open the restroom a pile of wet towels on floor call service desk said she needed to see for herself before bringing more towels not a apology or smile and brought towels later. Next day came back to the room after birthday party at 7:00 pm an the room was not made up nor the restroom again call the front desk he said they were short handed but will bring towels later he never did. For my wife and I no more Best Western in Granbury.
