Bed was extremely uncomfortable and pillows needed replaced. Very noisy upstairs every single night. Breakfast was not the best. Another guest brought their dog to the food area and made their plate while holding their dog over the food...gross...dog hair... attendant said nothing. Was extremely disappointed about the spa not working. I specifically picked this hotel for the spa and heated pool. I frequent the area many times a year. I would not stay here again.
