  Came in n staff had note out that they return in few minutes waited 15 min so then we called she finally came n she approached desk n said hey i was in restroom n became rude i assumed she was pregnant n having bad day . Wr went to our room n came bsk down to get shamppo n bar soap she had sign out again we just went to cvs. Then next morning wrnt down n a guy with little Ceasars shirt was right outside the entry door smoking n another young girl was also there smoking n the night before we were told no smoking in rooms n no closer than across parking lot to smoke . We do not smoke anyhow. Come find out she was staff she was walking around talking to gentleman. We sat to have breakfast all i e cold like it was thrown in food trays straight from fridge. Also we were told no coffee pots in room n we were not alound to take coffee up to room. The morning staff ask us issue when departing n explained pregnant girl was rude n she said your rude n shes not pregnant your disrespectfuln i walked out n she told my husband which was 10 minutes behind me u cannot stay here anymore . Gms need know what staff does. Maybe they need another job n learn how great people never been in any hotel n we travel alot where ignorance n hateful staff has upper hand but i would nevet stay or refer best western again id rather pay extra n get treated humanly not like an animal but they get treated better than this experience.not clean at all our bed was tucked but pillows were on desk n no tolitries

  No coffee in room. No lotion in bathroom. This is the first time at a BW that hasn't had those things.

  Horrible room. Broken shower bar for handicap and rusted. Could cause serious harm to someone. Shower seat was also broken away from wall. Bed was extremely uncomfortable and pillows needed replaced. Very noisy upstairs every single night. Breakfast was not the best. Another guest brought their dog to the food area and made their plate while holding their dog over the food...gross...dog hair... attendant said nothing. Was extremely disappointed about the spa not working. I specifically picked this hotel for the spa and heated pool. I frequent the area many times a year. I would not stay here again.

  The hotel was run down. The curtains were in horrible condition some of the rooms looked as if the curtains were in shredds. The pool not heated as advertised. Breakfast lacked variety. I have been with my family 2 times but will not be back.
