Comfortable and easy access.
Was told they are in process of updating The bathrooms. But are still in fair condition for the age.
Everything else was very suitable and staff hospitable to our needs.

ROACHES!!!
Spoke to the front desk and corporate, and still couldn’t get all our money back. Bugs all over the place, and the room was not clean in general. A room way down the hall had the same experience.

CIGARETTE SMOKE and TERRIBLE COFFEE.
We have stayed in the Best Western Graham many times in the past and everything was fine - But this time we were very disappointed to discover an overpowering smell of CIGARETTE SMOKE as soon as we got off the elevator on the third floor to go to our room - the front desk person told us that there are two rooms on that floor that allow smoking, but the smell permeated the entire hallway - I travel frequently all over the place and rarely find any hotels that still allow any smoking inside any of the rooms or public areas - Very very disappointing.
Also, when I went down in the morning to get some coffee, the coffee was terrible - The machine with all of the different types of coffee drinks appear to squirt out a little bit of some kind of black liquid immediately as soon as I started to get the coffee and then add a bunch of hot water - Given that it’s a Nescafé machine, I suspect it was instant coffee, but I’m not sure - at any rate of coffee was undrinkable.
Rusty stains and mold in the bathtub, too.

Hmmm, the staining and rust in the shower was disgusting. Mold in shower was bad. I have never seen staining that bad. But the large, long dark hairs all over the shower were worse. More hairs on the toilet tank.
The shower rod was falling off the wall and consequently the shower curtain would not stay closed. Water all over the floor. Crazy. The shower head dribbled, not sprayed. The toilet paper dispenser was broken, and honestly, dangerous if you cut yourself on the exposed dirty screws.
The AC filters had not been cleaned in a very very long time. The window sill had not had the dead bugs removed in a while either.
Though the bed and pillows were comfortable, there was no blanket on the bed.
The room could use paint and, for the price charged, some room furniture and decorations.
The breakfast biscuits and gravy were not bad but they were out of milk both days of our stay!
The Owner needs to invest some money in remodeling and serious upkeep or seriously lower rates to a more appropriate price of a motel in that state of unclean disrepair.
Next trip to Graham we're trying the Holiday Inn.

Infested with roaches. I stayed three nights at this hotel. At first, everything appeared clean—the sheets were fresh and the bathroom was spotless. However, while sitting at the desk, I noticed a cockroach run across it. I assumed it was a random incident, but over the next two days I saw several more: on my chair, under the desk, and even on the walls. I also discovered a large dead roach under the window, which clearly had not been cleaned before I checked in.
I reported this to the front desk and specifically requested that the room be cleaned, but nothing was done. The situation made it very uncomfortable to stay in the room, and I was relieved to check out.
I later spoke with other guests who confirmed that they also experienced roaches. One woman even told me that the same issue occurred last year and that she accidentally brought a roach home in her suitcase.
I want to mention that the hotel staff were very friendly and polite, but the cleanliness issue is serious. Unfortunately, I will need to look for another place to stay next year when I return to this area.
