I was moved to a different room and that room had no air condition. Manager was rude and disrespectful! Thank goodness I booked through a 3rd party and was able to get a full refund. I booked this hotel based on the reviews that obviously are lies! So this review in hopes to save someone else from the hell I went through! I left the property and went down the road to another place that was much safer and definitely cleaner!
