Stinky, stinky, stinky!
If you like rooms that smell of damp, wake up to heavy construction, and stay in a hotel that deeply disapproves of your relationship, then this hotel is for you!
IHG should shut this hotel down before someone gets injured by the heavy machinery strewn around the lobby. Very unsafe!

Honestly this hotel deserves a -2 star review. From the moment we walked in the lobby it smelled like it had been flooded, it was beyond mildew. I hoped it was just the lobby. The smell permeated all floors and all rooms. It flared up my child’s asthma and we had to leave. I will say the front desk was apologetic and refunded our money. Do not stay here!

Had to call for them to send elevator to 2nd floor... Couldn't use buttons to go up or down from 2nd floor.
Owners didn't honor original confirmation price for 3rd floor. Screwed up reservation.
Note the sweet receptionist was a pleasure and sincerely tried to accommodate our needs. She's a keeper.

Funny reply, sir. I stay in several hotels per year and this is my only bad review aside from one I was robbed at last year. I did not ask for 1/2 off, I was asking for clarification as to why I would be charged $115 for the first night and $99 for the second as I was not arriving until 3am on the first night. I was confused as to why my first night would be more costly. YOU HAVE SEVERAL REVIEWS ABOUT THE FILTH OF YOUR HOTEL!!!! Perhaps if you spent more time figuring out the sewer situation and cleaning your hotel instead of badgering your customers you wouldn't have such issues. I DID NOT ASK FOR A FREE NIGHT! I asked to not be charged for the night I DID NOT STAY because of the awful smell and filth!!! I was happy to pay for the night I did stay, despite the filth and smell. ALSO, PSA TO ALL CUSTOMERS, MY CARD WAS CHARGED A SECOND TIME BY THESE SCAM ARTISTS WITHOUT CONSENT. Was quoted via phone $115 first night $99 second night. Was charged $241.84 & $129.93 on my credit card. Mind you I only stayed one night, we did not leave the room in disarray and were only there from 3am - 9ish am.

Got in at 3am, the hotel was dirty, baseboards missing and elevator sounds like it's on its last leg. Walked in to the room and was hit by the worst combination of mildew laundry and sewer smell. Toughed it out through the night as we have kids and needed a place to rest. Tried to cancel tonight's stay before we left but no one at desk, called again to cancel, no answer. Finally spoke to an awful man (presuming the owner) about cancelling tonight's stay. I was perfectly happy paying for last night as we stayed but Ill be damned if I make my family stay in that sewer fest again. He claimed it was non refundable and if it were that bad we would have left at 3am. We had words. No wonder his hotel looks terrible, is filthy and smells disgusting. He's a poor excuse of a franchise owner and gives Holiday Inn a bad wrap.
