- POPatricia ObrienNov 18, 20255.0I am a BW rewards member & called hotel directly early in October 2025 asking info so I could book rooms for myself & 4 others to check in 11/16/25-11/17/25. I spoke multiple times to Sonya at the front desk of the hotel to gather info....then I'd have to text the others....then after a couple of days, called back & spoke to Sonya again to book the rooms. ALL the times I called with questions, etc. Sonya was so pleasant, helpful & friendly almost as if I knew her personally. Sonya's talents I hope are recognized by the BW local & general office & acknowledged to her. If anyone calls this hotel directly to make reservations or inquire information, please ask to speak to Sonya.
