The staff are great, but the floors and doors look dingy and neglected. The corners of the bathroom floor are grimy and dusty.

She answered all questions we had and is clearly well versed with the hotel. The room was nice… we had stayed at the Omni in Dallas the night before, for more than twice as much and the room was the same size but did not feel as comfortable. BW also had superior pillows. Would stay there again if ever in the area. One very nice touch is a note from the assistant manager welcoming you, a quick run down of amenities and a guide to the TV stations. I have never stayed in a hotel where you didn’t have to randomly go through the channels to see which ones were available. Saw Sydney again in the morning when we left. She was again professional and wished us safe travels. She is a true asset to the hotel.

The staff are very friendly and the management is top-notch and cares alot about how everything runs there. My room itself was very nice and well put together. Thank you and we will definitely be returning soon next year.
