  Right off of I-35 is a plus, but traffic noise in front rooms. Hot tub, cool swimming pool . Good breakfast

  Reason why I left 1 star 1-Bathtub was not the best clean 2-other hotel offer a lot more for the price in the same area 3 and most important, I got locked outside and got asked what room I stayed in, I understand they got to do their job, but Why didn’t they stopped other people? I am Latino and I feel that was the reason why. They made me feel so little. Never coming over here again, If y'all want more for your price and place where you feel welcome, look somewhere else please.

  The worst customer service I have ever experienced. The Holiday Inn front desk employee kept talking over me, continued to interrupt and was just flat out rude. He spoke a demeaning tone and was condescending . I assume he had to have been the owner of the franchise, because there is no way any manager would tolerate an employee to use such an demeaning tone of voice to customers and aggressive body language. Holiday Inns are almost always a good place to stay, this is not one of them. This one has a very, very strong heavy stale old hotel SMELL. I strongly recommend NOT TO STAY HERE!

  Dirty, dirty, and dirty. Smelly at first, but your nose will desensitize the smell after a couple of hours.

  Old, outdated, smells. Front desk rude. This is, by far, the worst Holiday Inn in America. If you stay at Holiday Inns normally, because of the quality and courtesy that is given at other Holiday Inns, do not stay here. If you like smelly rooms with old worn out sheets and towels, then this is the place for you. If you like rude arrogant pompous employees at the front desk, this is the place for you.
