I stay at dozens of hiltons across the country every month and have never had a problem checking in through the phone. Last night I called and the old guy answering the phone raised his voice at me yelling at me to check in through the app; after I had told him I was already checked in I just needed my digital key approved. 10 minutes back and fourth the guy argued that he couldn't do anything to help me because he can't do anything on his end. So I called again after 11pm when the night shift shows up and she instantly got me my key without a single problem. Who in their right mind hired this lazy, unsocial grinch and decided the front desk was the best place for him? I get being lazy at the end of your shift but to outright REFUSE to do your job 3 hours before you clock out is pathetic.

From the moment he saw us arrive, his attitude was very dismissive. I asked him questions and he didn't answer. He had his headphones on. Terrible service.
