- IWinventory works6 days ago1.0Morning staff is rude and unhelpful. Was mid conversation and she picks up the phone. As well as not giving us water in the meeting room despite it being in the contract. Trash is never taken out in the meeting room. And never checked on once. We have been here 3 times due to contract for all 3 and each time was awful. Thankful that the contract is ending and we no longer have to work out of this hotel.

We enjoyed the pool and hot tub and their breakfast was one of the best breakfasts we’ve had at any hotel. Would recommend staying here to anyone needing a room in the area! All staff I encountered were very friendly!

Overall I'd say it was okay. The service was good, the room was clean. (The walls and floors were a bit thin, allowing neighboring voices and footsteps to be heard and felt.) However, all things considered, I give the complimentary breakfast an A+ and the small dining area B+ to an A-.

Unfortunately, can't do much about the road noise outside but if it's really a problem, I'm sure they could move you to the other side of the hotel. Very clean well-kept room. All the amenities are available. If I were to recommend an improvement, I would ask the person working the breakfast area to not be chatting on her cell phone while working. She was on the phone the whole time I was eating breakfast. Minor distraction but it just seems a little out of character with the quality of Holiday Inn. Also, I was a little surprised that a $25 "access fee" was going to be added to my bill with the understanding that it would be reimbursed after I check out. Not sure if that's for damages or what but, it was new for me. I look forward to seeing it refunded in the next few days. Other than that, I was quite pleased with my stay!
