This room has 3 major problems. 1) the mattress in this room is extremely hard, unlike any mattress I’ve ever experienced at any Hampton inn. We got no rest. 2) the toilet doesn’t work. Stay in this room, and you’re advised to use the lobby toilet. 3) the bed headboard is on a shared wall with the kitchen and starting at 6:00 AM, you’ll be awakened by cabinet doors slamming. When it stops, breakfast is ready. This room was terrible.
