We always try and stay at a Hilton property and have stayed at this particular Hampton Inn on previous trips. We were having trouble with the book on line site and out of frustration called the property directly. A man by the name of Manny answered the phone and was such a breath of fresh air! He quickly took our reservation, wished us a safe drive and was like an old friend when we finally checked in in person. I'm hoping that Hilton management reads these reviews because Manny certainly exemplifies the Hilton philosophy of, "It matters where you stay". We found that this property and Manny are both Five Stars!
