After reading other reviews mentioning questionable billing practices, I felt reassured that my experience was not an isolated incident. This hotel has unusual billing procedures that I have not encountered elsewhere. For example, my bill from a single stay was split into two charges, which raised concerns. When I asked about it, I was told that charges are processed this way when the total exceeds $450, which was described as hotel policy. Additionally, I believe I was overcharged for my stay, so I strongly recommend that guests carefully review their final statements. This is not a typical hotel experience, and the practices do not seem to prioritize the guest. I also know another guest who is still waiting on a refund. Despite multiple calls to the hotel and even reporting the issue to IHG, the manager acknowledged that a refund is owed but stated she cannot process it without approval from the hotel owners in Gainesville. This raises concerns about the legitimacy and efficiency of their refund process. Based on these experiences, I would advise others to monitor their charges closely and consider contacting their credit card company if issues arise.

There is a decent sized fridge with a small freezer space in each room. The highway outside was a little noisy. Breakfast was ok. It has a decent selection on of items. But often times were soggy or dry (cinnamon rolls).
