  I was not very impressed with this property. The rooms were literally falling apart, I can tell they’re currently updated this property so I am going to give them the benefit of the doubt and will say here again in the future.

  Check in was smooth. The lady who checked us in was very nice. Now, the guy who works overnights doesn’t seem like he really cares. I called to see if there was a help desk number we could call to set the wifi up to our PS5 console (every other IHG/Holiday Inn hotel we’ve stayed at were able to accommodate this request) but the guy told me “nah, I don’t have a number and I don’t have the time to check for you” I hung up. Now the room was okay. There were stains on the carpet and on the couch. We walked in and it smelt like someone just smoked the room out. Absolutely hated the cigarette smell. This was probably the worst Holiday Inn I stayed at EVER. I’m only giving the ratings for the nice lady who checked us in.

  UPDATE: I would just like to state that manager for this property did reach out to us, he was very nice professional and he did make it right so for this, we thank him that’s why we gave the service and the location 5 stars The lady at the front desk was very very friendly and helpful but far as the hotel I could not stay there, after checking in and entering the room there was stains all over the floor as well as the couch, There was hair and used toilet paper of some sort between the headboard and the mattress, and mold in the bathroom. immediately went downstairs seeing if I could get moved to another room and I was told that they couldn’t promise me that the rest of the rooms were weren’t like that, So we left for about an hour I called booking, and booking was going to refund me my full price I paid for the two nights, but they said the hotel did not want to that. I had to wait to speak to the manager Chris, so I’m hoping he does what is right and will refund me as I did not even stay one night and paid almost $300 for two nights, Literally had to book a whole different hotel, very disappointed and I really hope they make it right. I’ve never had this issue staying at any Holiday Inn!

  Unfortunately I chose to leave my stay here early as the hotel was extremely disappointing. As a Diamond member who stays in many Holiday Inn hotels every year, I usually love my experiences. However after a long day of fieldwork, I was apprehensive to return to this hotel each night. Numerous outlets were broken or damaged. Overhead lights did not work and the room was very dingey and dark. Trash and discarded clothing were in the stairwell. Cockroaches were in the main floor hallways. The lobby was fine and cleaning staff were friendly, but overall a dispriting stay. I hope management take better care of the establishment in the future.

  Horrible. We didn't have many hotel choices as we decided last minute to come for a wrestling tournament. The room was in Horrible condition. Scratch marks on headboards, torn carpet, broken fixtures, bottom of entry door looked like it was kicked in. We booked a room for 5 expecting a pull out sofa bed as it is described upon booking but we got a single couch (three blocks that can be put together to make a single "bed"). The front desk was friendly and apologetic but no real solutions have been offered yet. This will be the last time we stay at a Holiday inn if they can't make it right.
