  Ran out of hot water. Restrooms are tiny. They are doing renovations so maybe it gets better in the future

  Carpet was torn away from the carpet tacks And my wife stepped on the sharp tack in the middle of the night going to the bathroom Call for manager and they never answered the phone

  It so happened that my partner and I stayed here recently and a cheer competition was going on so the rates were super high. The man working there started our check in process and then just got up and left for like 5 minutes and then came back with no explanation. As we were checking in, I gave them my debit card and was told it would be a $50 deposit and that we could split the room cost in the morning. Once upstairs, my bank notified me I received a charge but it was for $241 and change. I was tired and wanted to wait until morning to complain. There were red hairs on the bed, stains on the sheets, hair in the shower on the walls. The remote was so large and there were no directions on how to work it. The desk chair was old and had tears all along the side of the chair. When we went to check out, I asked about the lie of the $50 deposit and what my bank had shown charged. The lady said the room cost was $160, then the $50 charge and tax. The split payment ended up being like $91 a piece. I asked when the $241 would fall off and just the real charge remain and they said a few days. It took six days to clear and for them to refund the difference. Six days!! Due to this, my car payment bounced and my account was in the negative. I had a $29.50 charge from my bank due to insufficient funds. Thanks for that , Holiday Inn. This place looks new and smells new but that is a facade. It aucks. DO NO VISIT!

  On top of price jumping right before the snow/ice coming. Its under construction, dust all over horrible for allergies and any kind of lung or breathing condition, definitely over priced, had roaches and breakfast is extra. Location is on side of highway, but have to go up and around both ways to anything and back around to access hotel.
