The entire lobby area is draped in plastic with only one elevator working. The primary reason for my poor review, however, is that the room, (410) while generally clean, had a rust stain in the grout and a really gross slow draining shower that leaves you standing in scummy water above your ankles. Also, when I requested a plastic bag for my dirty laundry, the hotel reception said they didn’t have one and didn’t offer to get one for me or make any suggestions on how I could obtain one. Really? I had to talk to the buffet attendant to get a garbage bag. All in all, the only pleasant thing about the hotel was the bed was comfortable. It is not a three star experience currently.

It was all shades of yellow, had an orange accent wall, and the ceiling had a repair with lavender paint?! and water damage down the wall!!! It definitely needs to be updated! It seemed clean, but it just looks old for the price we paid, and the area!!! Outside and Lobby looked great like all others!

When we first arrived we were told the bar they advertised wouldn’t be open for guest to use since there was a party in the banquet hall and the bartender went to serve the party vs having 2 bartenders. They claim to have a restaurant and that’s false they have a continental breakfast (Definitely not the same). The party in the banquet hall had the bass and music up so loud that it could be heard on the 5th floor on the other side of the hotel! Every room in the hotel was subject to the music till late at night and the front desk ignored multiple complaints from multiple guest. The a/c in the room barely worked so it stayed hot and muggy. Please at all cost do not subject yourself the headache that this place will cause you. It is absolutely ridiculous!!!!!!!!
