  Good value for the cost. Rooms are a little loud and we constantly heard pool and music noise but it died down once the pool closed. Rooms are freshly renovated and no issues besides the thin walls/windows for sound. The balcony is short and small but still enjoyable with a good view. Our room phone couldn't connect to the front desk or any other internal calls and was always busy but the front desk responded via text when prompted from the app without issues. Brunch was like $16 a person and was decent. Didn't wow but also didn't disappoint and was what we had expected. Poolside service was a little slow when ordering and getting our drinks and food despite it being a slow day at the pool and restaurant. As platinum elite I was able to get a 2pm late checkout which was nice. Parking is extra which sucks but I think it's only $10 day. Part of the resort amenity fee includes a free bicycle rental so make sure to take advantage of that! Kroger and Walmart in close proximity

  The absolute worst hotel stay and services I’ve been too. I emailed prior to stay to ask questions- no response. I texted the number got half my questions answered so I called to be hung up on. The website says they have amenities they don’t, neighboring hotels do.

  I had the worst experience with the front desk people lying, false promises, overcharging more than the promised price! Never leave this place without checking your final bill. Once you leave, you are stuck with your charge on your credit card. They will do anything to scam you!

  My daughter and I and three grandchildren spent a couple of days here and we absolutely loved it. It was very clean. All the information was on their website and on my Holiday Inn app so there were no surprises as far as the billing went. The resort fee is extremely cheap for a resort and the parking was very reasonable also and safe. There were many activities for the children throughout our stay, and Nikki did a wonderful job with the activities and My grandchildren loved her. Having the beach right across the street was a big plus as we did not have to drive anywhere throughout our stay. The restaurant was very conveniently located off the lobby with lots of choices, which made it very easy having the children with us I will definitely be going back as this is a wonderful place to have a family vacation. Everyone was very professional and very kind and very helpful.

  My usual go-to place when in town. Recently remodeled rooms are nice. The bar area is a little too upscale looking now but still the same atmosphere, still hang out in beach attire. Usually have a live band end of week/ weekend. Large hot tub, huge pool and nice lounge area. Elevators can be temperamental but one of the two usually gets the job done.
