  Staff was kind, helpful, and prompt. Everything was very clean. They have some great, unique rooms with amazing views of the bay! Only stayed one night, but wished it could've been all week! Only disappointment was a lack of breakfast service.

  Traveler beware! This place is a time share trap disguised as a beautiful family friendly resort. While we had a great time it was tainted by the unfair business practice of the time share company. When I told them I would definitely not buy into a timeshare, they persuaded me to tour the property as a travel agent and that they would still compensate me with a $160 gift card for doing so. I thought that was a fair trade for time with my family and that I would take the kids for lobster that night with the gift card. I showed up to my my appointment at 1045 on Sunday morning I was informed they had canceled my appointment with no notification and had no reason to offer why it was canceled. I had to sign a contract saying I agreed to a $75 fine if I didnt show up but if they cancel with no notification they do not feel the need to compensate you for wasting precious time with your family when you blocked off the morning to take the tour as promised. I dont get bothered about much but this ticked me off for sure. Sadly I will never book here again and would not encourage others to either. The contract they made me sign had nothing that says they reserve the right to cancel with no notification or reason.

  OVERPRICED; they got an extra $116 hold on my card. The room reeked of cat/dog urine on arrival, the bottom part of the refrigerator didn’t cool properly, one of the rooms was so DUSTY & the restroom wasn’t clean, one of the pillowcases had stains on it. They don’t have a swim up bar unless it’s only operable at certain times of the year. Definitely will NOT pay that again to stay there!

  Not recommended for Spring Break. They have no elevators (1st floor is the 2nd floor as they have a ground level with no rooms). You have no access to the infinity pool or jacuzzi unless you are member of their Signature Collection (the building on the beach side). That also means you will be in the buildings across the road and will need to drive for the direct beach access (labeled public beach access 22). The 2 bedroom villa was nice, clean and spacious, the bed was comfortable and we had hot water. They have mini golf and other activities to do. However, the pool we did have access to and kiddie pool were both dirty and freezing cold, mid-March.

  The room was nice and clean, the key to get in was a wrist band which was pretty cool. I loved that we had close access to the beach if you didn’t stay in the building that’s on the beach. The reason I give 4 is because it does not specify what rooms will put you in the building on the beach which I feel was very misleading. I chose this location for that reason so I was a little disappointed. Overall though was a good experience! Would stay here again.
