The service in both restaurants was also on point. Perfect hotel for our stay while going on a cruise. If you aren’t going on a cruise, this hotel is right on the beach and would be great for a vacation stay. We highly recommend.
- EVErik VanScyocJan 4, 20261.0Room and property were OK but I had the worst night of sleep I've had in quite a while. We stayed one night before a cruise (Saturday night) on the 6th floor. The bar down below had a live band playing until 1:30 am with a bass guitar and drums that even 6 floors up, kept my entire family awake. Coming from eastern time, it was like 2:30 for us. I called the front desk but they were wholly unconcerned that the music was keeping anyone up, didn't even offer apologies or understanding. Terrible terrible night

The location was hidden, but noticable because of the other hotel huge hotel. It's hard to get in, but the stay is great. I seen bunk beds in some rooms for kid rooms. No breakfast, but breakfast is able to be found near,. Pools are great they are out door

We didn't know what to expect since we had never stayed her before, but overall, we were impressed. As we walked in, we were immediately greeted by Karem, who was very bright and cheerful. She had a great personality and made the check in process very enjoyable. Our room was spotless. The newly renovated room was a bit smaller than expected, but it was very clean and the remodel looked great. The wood floors are a nice touch when staying at a beachside hotel. Everyone we came in contact with was very friendly and it felt like they worked to go out of thier way to ensure every gueat is having a great experience. With the short visit, we were unable to visit the pool or restaurant and bar, but both of them were being enjoyed by others. The restaurant and bar had live music and a very lively crowd. The pool seemed to be popular with a constant flow of families. We did not have a great view, but I didn't book a room with a view. That said, looking to the left, we did still have a great view of the beach and could even see the Pleasure Pier in the distance. I would recommend checking this hotel out if you are looking for a great and recently renovated beachfront resort!

I have three stars because when we arrived, the front desk concierge questioned me like she was the police; “why are you in Galveston, who are you here with” etc. etc. but I noticed they didn’t question other people that checked in like that. I was also charged for checking out a day early.
