The room was beautiful and clean, and the front desk staff even let us print our boarding passes and staple our luggage tags! A great benefit was being able to park our car there during our cruise. The front desk ladies we interacted with were personable and friendly. We are very satisfied with our stay! Hopefully next time we will have time to enjoy the other amenities.

She was rude, very disrespectful, and lacked any sense of ethics. I booked a room and canceled the reservation within two hours, but she refused to issue a refund. To make matters worse, she lied to the third-party booking service, claiming I was a no-show. The third-party service was willing to help, but Talia was adamant about not offering a refund, even though I have proof of my cancellation through their messaging app and stayed at another Holiday Inn location. Her unprofessionalism and dishonesty have left a lasting negative impression. I strongly advise future guests to be cautious when dealing with this hotel.
