  We used this place to park for our cruise. The front desk staff was amazing and real nice. Our vehicles were safe and the cost was great.

  The manager here / franchise owner, is the most awesome guy as is his entire staff, he will come and help you with anything you need he even offered to help me bring my mobility scooter in off the back of my pickup truck, are any other assistance that I would require, this is about the cleanest motel in it has been for years I've been using this motel since 2016 for my cruises will not stay anywhere else You can't beat the hospitality his team hotel is quiet oh my God this bed is the most comfortable thing I've ever slept on bathrooms are clean , plenty of towels quality soaps , paid $120 one night a night before a cruise a lot more rooms in town were like $150 to almost $300 a night this is a value ,

  No ADA rooms, the bed was advertised as queen, but definitely a full or smaller, the elevator wasn't leveled with the 2nd floor correctly, so it almost dumped me out of my wheelchair before I realized how much it was off. We won't be staying there again. Edited 1/3/26: I wanted to clarify the comments made by the owner below. We actually made & paid for the 2nd night reservation (11/8 thru trivago) months prior. We realized while we were driving to Galveston that we would need an additional night (the 1st night 11/7). And I made the reservations- not my husband lol. We got there at midnight 11/7/2025. Went to sleep. Got up the next day & asked the front desk for an ada queen room for the 2nd night that had been paid for back in june. The person at the front desk said all rooms are the same. I can PROMISE you the bed was not a standard, American Queen size mattress. You can argue with me back & forth like a jerk & try to make me look bad, but we HAD to stay there. Everything was sold out due to a giant biker rally in Galveston the weekend of nov 7, 2025. Look it up. I never asked for a discount or asked for anything from you, even tho I did not get the room the was advertised. I never said anything that wasn't true. You came on here arguing like you found some dirt on me. What reason would i have to lie??? I already decided to never stay there again. Now, other people will decide the same because of how you're responding. You should have just said nothing - you definitely shouldn't have attacked me like my husband extended our stay after we got there since that's not what happened. I'll be reaching out to corporate now. BTW, I just made reservations at a Holiday Inn on the beach in Galveston for our cruise in Jan 2026 and it's significantly cheaper than this location.

  Really clean and recently remodeled hotel. After reading reviews of all hotel around, I decided for this one and I can say I took the best decision. A little expensive for the location and I would say staff need to be more friendly but otherwise, good hotel.

  The room service was lacking. We had to take out used towel down in order to get clean ones...sheets too and we had to put our own clean sheets on the bed. The room was very nice, with extremely comfortable beds!! A full size refrigerator and a two burner stove. The shower water pressure was INCREDIBLE. The pool was very nice and clean. We loved the location. We didn't want to hear the busy traffic on the beach all night .
