- GHGreg HJan 4, 20261.0Hotel is older but clean and person working front desk is very nice. Would be a decent place to stay but... they don't have enough parking. They offer up to a week of free parking for cruising if you stay for one night and they don't have anywhere enough spaces to pull that off. People are parked in fire lanes and we were advised to park in a very clearly non parking are on the road. We would have been the only car there, although the lady assured us there'd be others parking there later since several people still hadn't checked in. If they quit trying to be cruise parking they'd get 4 or 5 stars from me. Until then it is simply not a safe place to stay because your vehicle could be towed and emergency vehicles could not get there easily with everything blocked.

Front staff was warm and welcoming, checked in a jiffy, plenty of parking, coffee/water at lobby, super spacious suite room with ocean view balcony & chairs, excellent breakfast spread with Texas shaped pancakes & my favorite Folgers coffee. Been a loyal Marriott customer but this one visit changed my perspective totally. Rooms are very open, spacious, huge and not claustrophobic. Comes with a dedicated work table, sofa bed and another personal chair/couch to unwind. Bed is very comfortable and crystal clean sheets and bathroom. Will definitely visit this property again. Best Western you have definitely won a customer.

Everything was fantastic from the beautiful location, check-in process, friendly staff at all times,rooms were fresh and clean, breakfast was great and they even had decaf coffee hot and fresh! My family was definitely pleased. We were staying one night to greet family for a cruise and now we are planning to come back for my birthday trip! Amazing time, wish we had the time to stay longer, but I am already trying to book our next trip! You changed my mind about BW+! Thank you☺️🤗
