Other than Renee at the front desk who was super helpful this place is a dump . The reason why I am bothering to review is the amount of money they charge (280 +/night) was way worse than what you get - its worse than roadside motels along interstate freeways. thankfully i only had to be here 1 night of my life.

Super bummed with my experience. Normally love best western and for it being a plus is crazy. The first room we went into smelt like mold horribly. The front desk lady had to call a manger at checkin to confirm the room was okay for us to go in due to there was maintenance being done earlier, she then had to run down and check it due to she was the only one there I am assuming. After okaying it we went in it and it smelt like mold so bad we asked for a new room. Once in the new room there was a smell but not as bad so we decided to just stay. The floor had lumps in it. Front desk lady said it was from sand build up under the carpet. The curtain were gross and everything seemed to be stained. The alarm clock was not working and the phone was unplugged, which we figured out after it was cause there was a dumb flashing light that didn't go away. Rooms really need a refresh bad! The only good part of the hotel was the front desk lady, she was very apologetic and helpful with recommendations. We almost checked out the second day but could not find two rooms due to hotels being full from spring break/cruises heading out. Definitely my worst best western experience, which is a super bummer.

Elizabeth is so sweet and adds personal recommendations for food and places it’s great! The breakfast in the morning is always stocked with waffles, cereal, milk, sausage, eggs, yogurt, toast, oatmeal, fruit, and pastries. But make sure you are down there and have your food at 9ish because they start shutting it down and closed by 9:30. The staff is sweet. Yes there are parking spots taken due to cruises but there is parking spaces. I stay for Shriners hospital alot and we park right upfront near the doors in well lit areas. It’s a normal room, ac, beds, fridge, microwave, blow dryer, near beach, a little out of the way of everything. But super close to everything especially the cruise terminals and hospital and sea wall. Clean pool with a bench to sit inside. Was shocked didn’t have a buisness center.

We always stay here before cruises. The staff is always so accommodating to help us with parking and transfer to the ships. We have stayed here numerous times over the years and continue to do so. The AC is cold, the rooms clean and breakfast included . All the basics that we need.

The hotel was easy to find; it was right off Seawall Ave. We got checked in quickly and took our things to the room. We got out of the hotel, and the hallway was dimly lit; it felt like we were walking into a Stephen King novel. We got to our room, and a musty smell hit us right in the face. We dropped off our things and went to get dinner. The beds were okay, and the shower was fine. The lighting was very dim. Like they didn't want you to see things. Sorry, Best Western, I don't make the situations; I just report them. We got up and went to breakfast. There wasn't much there, and it was a small area, so we just went to McDonald's, checked out, and headed to our next stop. We won't be going back.
