  This was the best hotel I have stayed at in Galveston and I've stayed at several different ones over the years. I love the location because it is on the far West end away from the traffic and people. The room was spacious and very clean. We had a room that had a balcony that you could sit out and view the beach. All staff were amazing from housekeeping, maintenance, and front desk. Everyone was cheerful! They had plenty of luggage carts to use which is unlike most other hotels who only have a few and are usually well used. I can't say enough about this hotel. I had a good rate too, but it was not during the summer either. They have complimentary hot breakfast too. The staff in the restaurant area were also great! This is a must go hotel!

  We enjoyed a lovely stay in a balcony room overlooking the Gulf! It was my 75th birthday and staff had placed a fun decor in the room to help me celebrate!

  Staying at Best Western is the awesome!! Check in is easy, the staff are extremely nice, attentive and efficient. The rooms with a balcony are very luxurious. We love sitting on the balcony looking at the beach with the seagulls flying and listening to the waves. It is so relaxing. The breakfast has everything and anything you would want. On this visit we had a Texas shaped waffle and it was so good!

  Everyone is so welcoming, rooms were spot on, spacious, very clean, balcony view to the beach was so pretty. No carpet in rooms was a plus. Variety of breakfast items. They're cleanliness is great, always saw someone doing something. Great stay over all!!

  Excellent customer service as soon as I walked in I was welcome by this young lady named Yesenia. She was very kind and pleasant and answered all my questions quickly and all my concerns it was extremely busy when I walked in and she had a great smile attending all the customers that were ready to check in. We had a wonderful day. We will definitely will be back for next spring break checking into this same hotel. Customer service was excellent. we’re happy with our stay.
