  Reserved a Mobility Accessible Room. The owners/management must have a different definition of Mobility Accessible. They did have grab bars around the toilet, but only one (1) grab bar next to the bathtub and no grab bars in the tub area itself.

  Fui por una habitacion y 109 por el dia ,pregunte si tenian agua caliente y me respondio el muchacho que si queria yo agua caliente el precio es 134 .00 mas impuesto, woo me retire del lugar.

  Decent place to stay and can't complain with complimentary breakfast. The pancake machine needs to get checked because the batter kept sticking to the mat. Did not have a problem with any staff. Seemed pretty good keeping the hotel clean 👌. Our kids had fun in the pool, but had to go to the front desk to ask for some pool towels. I did notice the water dispenser in the gym was flashing red for the few days I was there. Had some issues with our room keys not reading properly, so had to go get new ones. The jets in our tub was not working unfortunately 😕. Pretty good size for a king suite though. The biggest plus is you are close to down town and alot of things in walking distance.

  We stayed here for a wedding that was in Gainesville. Neither the fridge nor the coffee pot worked. I made a mistake in my initial reservation, and I had to cancel the reservation to correct it. I did it within 5 minutes of placing the initial reservation, and they charged me a cancellation fee for the entire night. Which was $220.00.

  HONEST REVIEW!! I PROMISE! This was a work trip. Didn’t know how long I needed to stay so I called and spoke to Jonathan who was super helpful through my whole stay and answered all my questions. The hotel is nice. No issues. I stayed on the 2nd floor. Yes, the hallway is warm for some reason but I’m not staying in the hallway so, not a big deal. THE ROOM: the room is nice. Has some minor “dated” tvs and a blue wall for some reason but again. Not a big deal. The room was cold and I was able to adjust the room temp using the thermostat normally. The lamp by the bed has 2 power outlets on it and one of them looked like it had glue coming out behind it. Quick fix maybe? But the outlet worked and honestly. This won’t start a fire so no need to freak out NOT A BIG DEAL. The restroom was nice. And updated actually. My water was hot when I showered and all soaps and shampoos and conditioners were full. No complaints there. BREAKFAST: The breakfast was good. The coffee is actually really good. Wish it dispensed more but I think that’s just how the machine works. Idk why people on here are saying the breakfast is bland. It’s not. I went to Rib crib, McDonald’s, and Panda Express during my stay here and those places were all crap. I would take the hotel breakfast over that any day. So far. The hotel breakfast was the best food I had since I’ve been in Gainesville IM BEING COMPLETELY SERIOUS. I gave this hotel a 4 star because though my room was fine and had very very minor issues, the hotel as a whole could do well with a little bit of a face lift. Like starting with replacing the 2nd floor button on the elevator that has a crack on it. Again, super minor but it would make the hotel seem more taken care of. CONCLUSION Would I stay here again? Yes Would I recommend this hotel to someone? I would but I would tell them to don’t be so crucial on the small things. The Hotel does its job. They provide good customer service, a tasteful breakfast with good coffee, a hot shower with clean bed and sheets with no bed bugs. What more do you want from a hotel? Book a room and quit being so crucial on the small things.
