  👎 I’m extremely disappointed with my recent experience. I paid in full for my room and even went out of my way to call ahead to let them know I’d be checking in late. Despite that, they still marked my booking as a “no show,” which is completely unacceptable. What makes this even more frustrating is that I’ve stayed here several times before without issues. You’d think there would be at least some level of consideration or basic customer service for a returning guest. Instead, I was treated like my reservation didn’t matter at all. This situation shows a serious lack of communication and customer care. It feels like they simply don’t value their guests or make any effort to handle situations professionally. I won’t be staying here again, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone expecting reliable service.👎

  The room was comfortable however I was disappointed with how many amenities were either out of order or simply not cared for. Hot breakfast items were left empty consistently, no water in the fitness center for the entire length of my stay and the majority of the hand sanitizer stations were left empty . Parking is a bit strange as well- only a few spaces up front then everything else is behind the hotel. This makes it challenging for solo travelers with a decent amount of luggage. Outside of the parking I hope management can work to improve these items for future guests.

  The room was comfortable and clean. The upstairs neighbors were noisy and I had no problem knowing what they were doing all night. Bring your ear plugs.
