  Terrible experience. For $200/night, you can find better places in the area. The walls are paper thin, heard all housekeeping and people outside as well as everything moving. The hotel knows this as well, because why would they leave a pair of earplugs on your nightstand. There’s no mini fridge, first hotel I’ve encountered this. In all hotels I’ve stayed at, late checkout has been free. This place wanted to charge $50. Running hot water takes a very long time to get. And worst off, I’m not sure they clean the sheets. I found a bottle cap underneath the top sheet.

  My first visit to this hotel was nothing short of delightful. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making my stay truly enjoyable. The hotel was immaculately clean, and the lounge/bar area was undoubtedly the highlight of my experience. The rooms were spacious and well-maintained, although I wished for a refrigerator in each room, which I assumed would be provided.

  What a joy it was to be a guest at Hotel Indigo. Luke and Omar are absolute gems and made my stay all the sweeter. Thank you both for exemplifying hospitality and kindness throughout my time here.

  I rarely write reviews, but I do think that it is important to share my experience during my stay as well as the lack of professionalism and communication after the incident I encountered from my stay at Hotel Indigo in Frisco TX. 2985 Avenue of the Stars, Frisco, TX 75034 On Saturday September 19, 2025 I checked in to this hotel. After coming back to the hotel from a night out with my friends, I walked right pass the front desk and was greeted. Went up to my room, open my door with the key I received at check in, to find that a woman that had been stalking me and WAS NOT on my reservation had been given a key while I was gone and access to my room. My suitcase with my belongings had been placed in the shower and were soaked. This includes clothing and jewelry. The situation was so out of control that the police were called and a police report was done. The Assistant Manager at the time informed me that the stay would be comp and he would dry my clothing, which i appreciated. The Assistant Manager also explained to me that if I wanted to complete my stay at the property, he would feel more comfortable with me moving to another room, in case the woman came back (wich I did). I checked out on the 22nd, and on my way home I received a call from the GM (Corey). He asked me to explain the incident and damage done to my belongings (which I did). From then until now February 4, 2026 I have constantly called trying to reach and get a update from the GM (Corey). Luckily the woman who was given access to my room with NO attachment to my reservation didn't have any weapons on her (that I know of). I question what outcome might have been if this woman had intentions of physical harm. (This is the climate we live in.) I didn't feel the need to proceed with anything legal because I was told by the GM (Corey) that everything would be taken care of from their end and that I would be updated. 4 plus months later and no response from my attempt to contact him, I recieved no call back and no update. This act constitutes negligence and violates my reasonable expectation of privacy and security.

  The person upfront at the reception Romail is just rude. We checked in and he assigned an accessible room. When we asked to change he was rude for no reason. Arguing unnecessarily. I didn’t even speak to him before that, my husband was conversing but he was rude to me? WTH? Booked extra for a king bed from my corporate account and he apparently had run out of rooms with king bed while he assigned someone who checked in after us a king bed. Just terrible service. Go take your business somewhere else. Don’t take your money and business someplace where grown men don’t harass you.
