I had already received my final receipt and was surprised to see this additional charge appear afterward. On Friday, October 17, I was assured by a representative at your hotel that the charge would be removed no later than Monday, October 20. However, as of today, October 22, the charge remains on my account. I followed up today by calling the hotel and speaking with your front desk manager. Unfortunately, the experience was extremely unprofessional and unacceptable. Upon answering the phone, she said nothing, simply set the phone down, and proceeded to check in other guests. I waited on the line for five minutes without even a greeting. When I explained the situation, she placed me on hold multiple times. Eventually, the call began ringing again with no answer, and she continued to place me back on hold without speaking. When I called back, she picked up and said, "Oh, I thought it was you!" She then told me she was too busy and that the General Manager could not assist me because he "never works the front desk." When I attempted to continue explaining the issue, she abruptly hung up the phone on me. This level of customer service is entirely unacceptable, especially for a business traveler who expects professionalism and responsiveness.
