Needed a hotel for travel baseball weekend and hadn’t been unimpressed by a Holiday Inn Express until we booked this one. Despite being in legacy park, the hotel is Very Dirty! Elevators are not kept clean at all. Filthy lobby floors and hallways. Our bathroom door and bathtub are extremely dingy and make you question if you even need a shower. Save your money, your time and book elsewhere.

UPDATE: On my review, it says that I was contacted by the owner. However, that is very untrue. And if you look at my review where it says response from the owner, it just says template. And has nothing there. I would like to add that the only thing "hot" at breakfast was the coffee. There were no eggs, the biscuits were like rocks, and all the meats were sausage and cold. The little muffin i had was good but they only had 1.So that my review can not be said to be untrue by management, I have do photos and I'm trying to figure out how to upload them. Room is VERY BASIC. No paper to write on, no cream or sugar to go with coffee, almost empty tissue, bathtub is disgusting, waited 5 minutes for hot water in tub... to no avail., so no shower. No table, and the "desk" has no lamp, so expect to write in the dark since the only light is across the room. Price was higher than advertised on original site. It does have a TV but no network connection, so upgrading my room for free wifi and paying extra means nothing. ... so VERY LIMITED TV access. There's not a single piece of paper in my room (delivery options, hotel phone directory, places nearby, etc) or pens, pencils. The ice machine on my floor doesn't work. Only ice on 2nd and 4th floors, which would be nice if they told you that! (and don't expect vending machines, even though the signs point you in their direction. They are non existent) The "convenience shop" to purchase drinks and snacks.... is EMPTY! So much for convenience! It is very quiet but that's because no one is here, which also makes for close up parking. So if you are here on business or planning on spending ANY time in your room, go across the street to Homewood Suites where I'm sure you'll be comfortable. I booked off is Expedia where the reviews were good. Should have looked here 1st

Stayed here for a cheer competition and the location of the hotel is wonderful but the hotel itself was not good at all. Beds are uncomfortable. Bathroom is completely disgusting. Has mold on the tub where the cocking was and in the corner of the wall in the bathroom. A huge hole in the way that my 6 year old son could have patched and it would have looked better. The tub faucet leaked and so had to hear water dripping all night. BUT THE AC DEFINITELY WORKED LOL. And I couldn’t understand a single person that answered the front desk. WiFi wouldn’t work and the tv remote has Netflix on it but couldn’t get the WiFi to connect to the tv for Netflix. They definitely have some upgrades/updating that they need to do.

Due to a system outage at our previous hotel, we were forced to stay here. I should've looked at the reviews better before I did. This place was disgusting. The bathroom had rust stains and a dead cockroach in it. The common places were filthy. There was a random man asleep in the lobby that was there still at 3 AM. It felt unsafe at that point, but my child was already asleep. The bed was comfortable, but due to poor lighting, I didn't notice stains until the next morning. The carpet was filthy. The staff were quiet, respectful, but not overly helpful. You could hear every noise in the hallway. The elevator shook and was scary. The lobby smelled like cleaning supplies and feces. This is a moot point but there was no art on the walls and the wifi on the tv did not work (was not about to use my personal device). Felt very backrooms. The hotel contacted me apologize but when I asked to speak more I was blown off. This was the worst experience I have ever had in a hotel.

Very poor experience. Have stayed in many Holiday Inn Expresses but this was hands down the worst. The whole place has a grimy feel. The elevators smelled so bad we could smell them through our masks. The staff were friendly and polite, but took forever to help and I still haven't gotten a receipt emailed. The room came with only a single towel. Normally there are 2 bath towels, 2 hand towels (and maybe even a few wash cloths or floor towels). ONE single towel for two of us. The AC was rattling all night and whenever it stopped, you could hear the wind whistling through the window, so I'm not sure how well sealed it was. The sheets were paper thin, and the carpet was visibly dirty (and felt dirty on your bare feet). The harsh white lighting did not help either. The only good thing about the stay was the breakfast, which was fresh, plentiful, and tasty. Edit: Finally got my receipt after a coworker got involved. Took four phone calls total.
