The hotel is undergoing renovations. The location, the lobby, the breakfast area, and the breakfast itself were all top class. Unfortunately, that is where the good stops. The elevator was extremely dirty. The hotel room, although recently refreshed, had damage to the walls and damage to the ceilings. The shower was missing the body wash. I attempted to call the front desk as well as housekeeping, to no avail; it just rang and rang and rang. So I went downstairs and they quickly remedied the issue. I was not greeted as a platinum elite member, which isn't a big deal to me, but I know it is a big deal to corporate. My night's sleep was not great as there was a ton of noise. I'm not sure if this noise was from other guests or some other source, but it didn't make for a very good night's sleep. Overall, the experience was fine, but lackluster. I will be staying again because of the location and the cost, but if there is a better option nearby at a similar cost I'll choose that.

This hotel is in desperate need of New Management / while the hourly employees are ok, the rooms are substandard for Holiday Inn!. When we didn’t except the IHG points as resolution the “manager” retaliated by keeping our deposit:. Do yourself a favor and avoid at all cost!!

I prepaid my stay through Booking.com before arriving, yet when I checked in the front desk charged me again — claiming it was just a deposit. Later I found out they had charged me for the room a second time on top of the deposit. The employee admitted the mistake and promised to fix it the next morning, but no refund or follow-up ever happened. I called multiple times, went back in person, and every time I got a different excuse or was told “a manager will contact you.” No one ever did. The level of disorganization and lack of accountability at this hotel is unbelievable. They double-charged a prepaid guest, then ignored every attempt to fix their own error. I would never recommend this location — if you value your time or your money, stay somewhere else.

"10-Day Business Stay Disaster: Avoid This Holiday Inn - Poor Service, Maintenance, and Connectivity" Review Body I recently stayed at the Holiday Inn in Frisco, Dallas for 10 days on a business trip, and I was severely disappointed with the service and overall condition of the property. This was one of the worst hotel experiences I have had. Key Issues Encountered: Housekeeping: The most immediate problem was the lack of daily room cleaning. For a 10-day stay, this is unacceptable, creating an unhygienic and uncomfortable environment. Maintenance (Elevator): The elevators were not working properly to the 5th floor for the duration of my stay, causing significant inconvenience and delays, especially when rushing for business commitments. In-Room Comfort (A/C): The air conditioning was extremely weak, making the room uncomfortably warm and difficult to sleep in. Connectivity (Wi-Fi): Wi-Fi service on the 5th floor was essentially non-existent. This was a critical failure for a business traveler who needs reliable internet access to work. Customer Service: My biggest frustration was the unresponsive staff. I raised multiple complaints about the A/C, elevator, and Wi-Fi, but no one took action to address these serious issues. My concerns were completely ignored. Conclusion The hotel's lack of basic service, maintenance, and attention to reported guest problems made my long stay difficult. I will absolutely not choose this hotel again and strongly suggest that other travelers, especially those on business, look elsewhere.

BED BUGS! The place was shabby at best with sketchy people in the area. But all that matters is that I found bed bugs. My skin is still crawling. I contacted the front desk and let them know I was leaving and expected a refund. DeAnna was very nice and apologetic but explained that only the general manager, Brad, could issue the refund and that he would contact me. After two days of calling I still hadn’t received a response. I eventually got a refund receipt emailed but never hear from Brad. I doubt they’ve done anything to treat the room.
