They charge $$, yet don’t even provide a trash can in the bathroom. The bathtubs are chipped and poorly maintained.
Breakfast was another disappointment—they ran out of food by 8:30 AM, and when asked to refill, staff refused, saying it was “almost closing time,” even though breakfast was supposed to be served until 9:30AM. They also locked the water machines.
Overall, very poor service and maintenance for the price. Not recommended.

Internet was out the entire stay. It is hard to accomplish any work without wi-fi. I asked after I checked in and noticed it wasn't working. They told me it would be fixed in 20 minutes. After a few hours I called again and they told me it would be fixed shortly but it never was. The next day it also did not work. I spoke with another person staying there who said the internet had been out for days. There was also a side door card reader that wasn't working but they seem uninterested in fixing that. I asked to speak with the manager but they could not provide one. They took my number but never called me back.

I’m a diamond member, this is one of the worst IHG properties I’ve ever stayed in. No hot water, noisy AC, smoke alarm went off when I turned the AC heat on. Filthy, stained sheets, lobby smelled terrible.

Very dirty. Breakfast was immitation meat at best. The smoke alarm went off at 3am and woke the whole hotel up. Air conditioner didnt keep up and we were miserable the whole stay and it is winter time. Nowhere to get anything to drink and the desk only takes cards. I would not stay here for anything.
