After my first night, I woke up with about 8 bites all over my body. After doing some research, since I had never experienced them before, I realized they were bed bugs. I tried to contact the front desk from the phone in my room, but no one answered. I went downstairs and waited about an hour for someone to show up, as I believe they were asleep in the back. At first, they wanted me to wait until the morning shift change to switch rooms, but I wasn’t about to go back and sleep in a bed with bed bugs. Eventually, they changed my room, but offered no solution for my clothes that had been exposed. I ended up leaving them in the hotel. To make matters worse, after they moved me to another room on the same floor, I later saw another customer being checked into the very bed bug room I had just left that previous evening. For anyone researching hotels before staying here, I would not recommend this one if you have other options in the area.

- AAAlberto AvilaAug 15, 20251.008/15/2025 7:24 de la noche ahora mismo estoy en este hotel si se le puede llamar asi,limpian los cuartos una vez a la semana cuando pregunte por que me digeron que yo tenía que recoger mi propio desorden,lo peor del caso es que el día siguiente de dormir en este lugar tenía algunas ronchas en mi cuerpo pero pensé era algo pasajero pero esa noche fue peor por que desperté en la madrugada por que sentía que algo me picaba,mi cuerpo estaba lleno de piquetes por la tarde fui al lobby del hotel y la señora a pesar de ver mi cuerpo me trato muy mal es una persona mal educada y grosera si pueden evitar este lugar aganlo encontrarán algo mil veces mejor que esto. Posdata: creo que los piquetes son de chinches.
