After my first night, I woke up with about 8 bites all over my body. After doing some research, since I had never experienced them before, I realized they were bed bugs. I tried to contact the front desk from the phone in my room, but no one answered. I went downstairs and waited about an hour for someone to show up, as I believe they were asleep in the back. At first, they wanted me to wait until the morning shift change to switch rooms, but I wasn’t about to go back and sleep in a bed with bed bugs. Eventually, they changed my room, but offered no solution for my clothes that had been exposed. I ended up leaving them in the hotel. To make matters worse, after they moved me to another room on the same floor, I later saw another customer being checked into the very bed bug room I had just left that previous evening. For anyone researching hotels before staying here, I would not recommend this one if you have other options in the area.
