  First off it is a really nice place to stay but the owner is not friendly. There was a incident that included 2 teens 1 of them was mine the other was a resident also. I am confused on why only me and my grandson were asked to move .The other boys mother and child came and apologized because her son was the guilty child ring leader. But because both boys came back to my rv they belonged to me.H e won't listen to me and was rude.I offered free labor and hold the boys accountable instead he was rude. Im a senior citizen and my husband a disabled veteran to be talked to like im a idiot. He also was going to disconnect my elect over$ 5.16 he didn't care that my husband is on Oxygen. This was at 130pm on the 1st day rent due. Never late on payments ever. But what gets me is the other boys family never got a call or told to move.

  We used to enjoy the resort. Seems like it’s gone downhill. Parking lot is still a mudhole . Mattresses in rooms should be updated. Staff on site used to be helpful and accommodating. Now it’s. “Did you reserve this area. You have to pay to eat your lunch at the picnic table” I highly recommend you find other accommodations when fishing Lake Palestine. Tyler has some Great Hotels …. My .02 cents

  Not a fan. If we are in the area again, we will not return. Did not receive what I ordered and we had to ask how to order our food.

  Stayed 1 night. More of a junk yard for rv's. Sad the way people live. No excuse. Site had garage all around it.
