I typically don’t leave negative reviews, and in fairness, most nights here pass without issue (but now that it is my 2nd night and its 5 am and I have no hot water here we are.) However, the true measure of a hotel isn’t how it functions when everything is perfect, but how the staff and management handle problems when they arise. Based on my recent experience, this location fails that test completely.
The maintenance issues have been unacceptable. My room has **no hot water**, forcing me to leave my room and trek to a completely different room just to take a shower. Despite reporting this, here I am at 5:00 AM again with a cold tap. Furthermore, the bedroom TV simply does not work. When I asked the front desk if they actually inspect rooms to ensure they meet standards before renting them out, the staff member candidly admitted that they do not.
The management’s lack of communication is perhaps the most frustrating part. I got the manager involved regarding the water and several missing items from the room. I provided my email and cell phone number, explicitly stating I could be reached via phone, text, or email. She never reached out. No status updates, no follow-ups, and no confirmation that anything was being fixed. While she did eventually source the missing items, the core issues remain ignored.
To add to the discomfort, the evening "Social" meal is an awkward experience. The woman who prepares the food sits in the dining room hovering over guests, watching exactly how much everyone eats and making comments like "leave some for everyone else." It makes for a very unwelcoming environment.
Anyone can run a hotel when things are going right. It’s how you handle the "bad" situations that defines a business, and unfortunately, the management here seems disinterested in basic accountability or guest satisfaction. I would recommend looking elsewhere if you value hot water and professional service.

Not too bad. Hot water in shower. Barebones breakfast and barebones gym. Otherwise clean.

Our air conditioner in our room was broken and it was 77+ degrees overnight. Not only could the staff not get someone to fix it, they said they knew it was broken and ordered a part but still continued to rent out the room. They offered no compensation to us for our discomfort either. Won’t be staying here again.

Great facility! Rooms were very nice for our family of 5 (2 boys) (1 girl). Front staff were so sweet! The only thing of note I would mention is maybe management needs to have a conversation with breakfast person on customer service. She was very rude to another guest over waffle iron, and previous morning she was snapping at people to make sure the food container for eggs were closed, which they were.... Other than that a delightful breakfast and great time. Will absolutely recommend to family and friends.

I've brought groups to stay here twice now and we have always had wonderful customer service. The lobby is huge, the breakfast is always fresh, and the rooms are comfortable and spacious. Wouldn't stay anywhere else in West Fort Worth!
