- OSOffGridDude SoColo1 day ago1.0Do not stay here. Gave me a room and 7 hours later came and woke me up at 7am to tell me it was the wrong room I was given. General manager of operations was a total waste of space there. 10 dollar breakfast was worst then a comfort inn continental breakfast
- KBKarnetic Blazeborn4 days ago2.0Loud people playing music from another room down the hallway. Called the front desk for them to deal with it because it was around 6am and we were trying to sleep. Continued playing music until we checked out for the day. Unsure if they offered free breakfast because the dining area looked like a real restaurant. There was hardly anyone even going to this hotel, and maybe for good reason. Our hotel room was average but the bathroom door did not lock and the door would just push open from pushing it, it didn't even really close.

I called the front desk and they commented it wasn't the housekeeping staff but likely a guest waking up and getting ready for the day. She left the impression nothing would be done about it so I asked if it was not the hotel's responsibility to ensure disturbances like this were stopped? She said they would look into it but it wasn't addressed and the music continued so I packed up and left. I will not be back.

- GVGen VlahosApr 2, 20265.0I cannot explain how comfortable the staff makes you feel. They are always pleasant, smiling, and helpful...and you can tell its not forced. Its genuine...and its awesome! I know that this place is still considered new but it still feels new and cared for. Even the people staying here take pride and if they see something that needs to be picked up, they do it. It speaks volume...Pride for people and things. Thank you to the entire staff for making this trip to Ft. Worth a great one!
