I called back and cancled those 2 rooms and they told me I only cancled 1 room not both charged my card for that. Very rude customer service memebers at the hotel when I disputed about the rooms being canceled. Funny how the general manager Trey only goes thru and likes the 5 star rating not try to defend bad customer service. He's the main part of the problem.
