- TLTommy LanganMar 31, 20264.0The rooms are clean. The staff is super friendly. Breakfast was great for a continental. Elevator is super slow, we ended up taking the stairs every time. Back door to parking lot was broken, not a big deal but you'll need to walk around. Only reason Im not returning in 2 weeks is the noise. The walls are so thin. The first night the kids behind us were jumping around and yelling. The wall on our side was bowing in about and inch. It was crazy how loud they were. I asked them to quiet down at 1130 pm after listening to it for 3 hours. The next night babies crying in the room on the other side. You really can hear everything. Lots of sirens and reving engines on the street. Just a noisy room. It's not really walking distance to anything. About a 20 min walk to downtown. Next time we're paying about 25.00 more a night to stay close to downtown. Only reason for not returning is the noise, which if your neighbors are normal won't be bad.

Room is great. Marquita has also been such a God send!! She makes us feel right at home and so comfortable, we truly love her. She is so attentive, answers all our questions, and is seriously the sweetest to any and every person that comes in. We hope she knows that she has made this difficult time, very pleasant for us. I also LOVE the overall look and smell of lobby area, very clean and fresh. We’ve had no problems whatsoever. Elevators are a little slow but a very minuscule problem compared to how good everything has been for us. Thank you so much!!
