We’ve had the pleasure of being greeted by Justin on the night shift during our stays over the past year and a half, and he has truly made every visit exceptional. His level of professionalism, kindness, and dedication goes above and beyond what you’d expect. Justin is always helpful, attentive, and genuinely cares about making sure guests feel comfortable and accommodated.
He doesn’t just feel like an employee—he feels like family. Arriving late at night can be exhausting, but Justin consistently makes us feel warmly welcomed, and his positive energy carries into the start of our mornings. His presence truly makes a difference.
We also want to give a special thank you to Ms. Carmen from the breakfast dining area. She is absolutely amazing, and along with the rest of the staff, creates such a warm and inviting atmosphere every morning. It really makes a difference starting the day feeling so welcomed.
The property itself is always clean, well-maintained, and inviting, which adds to the overall experience. It’s clear that this location takes pride in both its staff and its standards.
This property is incredibly lucky to have such wonderful team members. I’m happy to give this stay a well-deserved 10-star review!

Disclaimer: BREAKFAST IS NOT FREE
Also nothing I have to say in the way of "this wasn't great," has nothing to do with the staff, it's not their fault nor are they blamed.
We had a great experience! The breakfast costing money threw us off and was fairly upsetting. You have to include breakfast when you book at the hotel. But if you didn't realise that at booking, like us, you can pre-pay for the breakfasts during your stay at the counter. When you pre-pay the breakfast is cheaper, around 11 dollars per person. Rather than about 17 dollars per person when you pay at the table
We looooved the staff!!! Valda and Carmen were attentive and sweet waitresses at breakfast, memorising our favourite drinks quickly while spreading their wonderful smiles and cheer. The in-house restraunt (because that's essentially what it is, and why it is on the map alongside the hotel) serves breakfast and dinner. It has a very nice breakfast bar which is probably why it costs money, regardless if you or your company are already spending two thousand dollars there. Fresh strawberries and blue berries, cubed potatoes that are deliciously seasoned (they have a name, I know they have a name) plus your regular breakfast fare of eggs, sausage, bacon, cereal, coffee, yogurt, pastries, bagles, english muffins, oatmeal, but sadly no waffles or pancakes. They did have french toast, which again may be another reason why you need to pay for breakfast, because its fancy? 🤷♀️ Maybe I'm just poor and don't get this rich people stuff. Anyway, at dinner they serve beer, whiskey, etc. I'm pretty sure those are also available in the mornings but I don't know for certain. We were served orange juice and apple juice right at our table, in frosted glasses! We didn't get frosted glasses every day, but when we did it was so nice!! Thank you Carmen 😄🫶🫶
The cleaning staff was so sweet, they cleaned the room and set the bed (of course,) and then were so cute and put our little tartigrade stuffed animal in the centre of the bed 🥰🥰 (Picture included.) Our hearts melted. When they restocked toilet paper they folded the edge into a nice flap, they fold the small towels into flowers and fans- I hope they get paid very well, we are grateful for you and love you! Also the beds are very comfy, but hurt my back after a while, even with pillows to support the back and knees, but oh well.
At the front desk, Nora and Justin were very fun, very kind, polite and very personable. We loved them! Also Reneé was very sweet, we lost our car keys and when we found them she said she had been praying for us 😄🥰🫶
The gym was kept immaculately clean, and was a pleasure to use. You can tell the cleaning ninjas are always hard at work. The pool was lots of fun, very cold and soothing. Overall it was a stay much enjoyed! Thank you so much to the hotel team, we wish you the very best!
A note on the food court nearby near the highway, they have an excellent selection of different types of food (Panda express, chipotle, simply burger, NY pizza, etc) but I did see a big rat crossing the bushes between restraunts in broad daylight, which usually means there are plenty of other rats near by? I was a little concerned but it is probably fine, I imagine they are handling it, or at least they will be soon. But if you are looking for some DELICIOUS food a little away from where there is potentially a rat infestation- but that is still nearby- I DEFINITELY reccomend you go to the Street Food Bowl, their food is not to be understated in it's deliciousness!! We went to plenty of restraunts during our stay, fancy and fast food alike, but this one takes the cake! We wish we hadn't discovered them only at the end of our stay, truly a tragedy! Sweet staff, if it was as popular as it should be then it would be filled to the brim, but it's a nice little secret spot tucked in a corner, where you can get prime deal food and a wonderful atmosphere and company!
Have a good stay, thank you everyone!! We send you our love
