  This was honestly one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. The room smelled awful the second we walked in. We tried to give it the benefit of the doubt and turned the air on thinking maybe it just needed circulation, but when we came back it smelled even worse. It was bad enough that we didn’t even feel comfortable staying. We had just come back from a night out at the Stockyards and instead of relaxing, we ended up packing up and leaving at 1 AM and making the FOUR hour drive home. That’s how bad it was. On top of that, the bathroom lights were flickering, which just made everything feel run down and poorly maintained. It didn’t feel clean, it didn’t feel taken care of, and it definitely didn’t feel worth what we paid. Customer service didn’t make it any better. It was hard to get clear answers or real help, and the whole experience just felt disorganized and frustrating. For the price, this place is absolutely NOT worth it. There are cheaper hotels that are cleaner, better maintained, and actually care about their guests. I will say the woman at the front desk who answered my calls was polite and tried to help, and I appreciate that. But one good interaction doesn’t make up for everything else. Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else. This place is not worth your time, your money, or the headache.

  This hotel is one of the worst hotels I've stayed in. I do a lot of traveling w my job. Hotel stay sare inevitable. We had 4 rooms reserved. After finding bed bugs(YES I SAID BED BUGS) we got out of there. The man that ran the hotel flipped the mattresses and said he didn't see any bedbugs. Well if I know how to find them u know that flipping the mattresses won't uncover these little creeps. We bagged all of our stuff and rushed straight to the laundry mat. Instead of taking accountability the man looked Right at me and said you probably brought them with you. I was apauled. I could have gotten ghetto but I'm a lady and refuse to show my mean side. So this location has 4.1 stars... Iny opinion it should be a negative 4.1. so if u value ur peace and don't want to take home these tiny creatures stay far away from this place. Thank u and I hope u enjoy any other hotel u decide to book.

  We had a great stay during the snow storm that blew through. Staff was kind, hotel was clean, beds were comfortable, pillow were like clouds, space in the room was wonderful. Breakfast had plenty of hot/cold/dry options.

  The hotel is well maintained and has very nice rooms. The gentleman at check in was extremely kind and very helpful. The woman/manager at check out ruined the entire experience by rudely accusing me of walking in and stealing breakfast despite the fact she saw me get off of the elevator carrying my bags. I have stayed here three times before and this will be the last. I wonder if best western corporate knows about the clearly discriminatory actions and treatments of their franchisee.
