  We had a great 6 night stay in this hotel and would definitely come back. The building was clean, modern, and well-maintained. Our room felt updated and comfortable, and everything was spotless when we arrived. The hot breakfast allowed our mornings to start off smoothly and kept everyone fed, which was a huge plus. The location was also super convenient, with easy access to the freeway. Despite close proximity to the airport and the freeway, we were pleasantly surprised at how minimal the noise was. The only downsides were a couple of service and maintenance issues. The pool unfortunately wasn’t very clean, with dead bugs and debris both floating and settled on the bottom, which made it unappealing for my kids to use. Additionally, we called for extra towels and toilet paper, but the request was never fulfilled. After waiting a few hours and completely running out, my husband had to go down to the front desk to get toilet paper himself. Overall, it was still a really nice stay, and with a little more attention to service and upkeep in those areas, it would be excellent.

  I booked a room last week 3/17 to stay here 3/20 and unfortunately was unable to stay. When I arrived at 11:30pm I spoke with Leann who let me know there were no rooms available and I would have to stay at the Hilton next door without any communication or explanation on why the 2 room's I booked in advance were not available. I did not get a phone call, email or text that they rebooked me elsewhere instead just that they were booked. I grabbed the managers card and left. Today 3/23 I spoke with Dina the general manager who took accountability for what took place and took care of me right away. This is why I chose this location for the reviews. Overall I hate we were not able to stay at this location but happy it was handled in the right manner overall. Thank you again Dina for taking care of me and my family.

  Edit: There is a large party next to our room that sounds like a teenager’s birthday party involving marijuana. I alerted the front desk but am still waiting for something to be done before I call the police. This hotel is very nice and one of my husband’s go-to places, as he is a Diamond Elite member. The rooms are always impeccable, and for anyone claiming they aren’t spacious enough to work in, I completely disagree. I’m including pictures to show otherwise. The hotel itself is extremely well maintained, and the staff has been very attentive during our stay. And to the person who said the hotel smells like dirty diapers…that is simply not true. 🙄

  Excellent customer service from check in to breakfast! The check in staff was so friendly and helpful making sure we were comfortable and helped us get out uber dinner! The breakfast host Natalie has made the stay for our swim team over the top special with her kindness and beautiful smile that lights up the breakfast room! Atwell hotel has a gem working there! Not every day you see smiling staff specially so early in the morning! Thank you Natalie! April went beyond to make sure our kids got their breakfast for their early swim meet . Also may I add the rooms smell new and are spacious and well appointed to make our stay comfortable. Loves the very spacious kitchen area and sink area to was all my swimmers fruits and water bottles. Thank you AtWell! A+++++++ service!

  Pool was closed, though advertised without disclosure. The staff couldn't get the tvs in the gym to work, they couldn't get either fire pits working, the pumps on the breakfast juices were broken, the pumps for the shower washes were busted, I found what looked like a pubic hair and a brown mark on a towel that was freshly handed to me, which nauseates me to think I used any of them. For everything that we requested to use and could not, we were referred to maintenance, which never got addressed. We could hear people walking in the room above us. Not a good stay, would not recommend, and will not be returning ever again. Overpriced for the quality. The fact that this place was just built and opened a year ago, this is not a good trajectory for them to be on.
