- SDSam DNov 11, 20254.0Clean comfortable rooms, conveniently located just a couple mins to several restaurants and stores. Front desk folks were very nice and helpful. Comfortable bed and pillows, modern updated rooms, a/c unit had a bit of a musty smell but not a strong one so it didn’t affect our comfort overall. Nice hot shower with good pressure. Light in bathroom could use to be a bright white rather than a yellowy soft light for putting on makeup but that’s a design issue from Spark and not a maintenance issue.

AC was kind of mickey mouse and there was mold in the shower so doubt that facility is brand new but has been remodeled into a Spark. Breakfast is very much lacking - no hot items - need to improve on that before it is good deal!

Currently awaiting my refund through my bank for all the bugs for them, trying to charge me twice for the room and telling me I didn’t have a reservation and wasting an hour of my evening to only say sorry our system isn’t working and realize of course I had a booking all along if I didn’t catch it, they would’ve charged me twice for the room. They allow people to do drugs and party and keep you up all night and do absolutely nothing about it. Do not stay at this hotel go to another and have a restful night and what you pay for.
