- HGHarold Gordon3 days ago1.0I arrived at this location around 12am I was dead tired after driving for 11hours straight. I woke around 6am EST to prepare for my continuing drive to my destination. In doing so I was preparing to shower when I went to the tub to start the shower I noticed a nasty stain as if the tub had backed up and the water or filth had settled in the tub. I notified the desk about this an the manager was called. Who informed the front desk attendant that I should have told them about this at 12am when I checked in. Please keep in mind I was dead tired and all I wanted at that time was sleep. Not the type of service I was expecting as an 10 year honors member. I hope this helps with your decision to stay at this hotel.
