    Their direct line leads you to Expedia and their availability from hotel and third party so not align. Leaving me to not have the right room and have to go without accommodating for the disabled. It makes it hard to get a hold of front desk or direct call to the hotel. To avoid errors. I was left with unable to get reimbursed, booked to the right hotel who could accommodate disabled persons. Tesla charger wires threw all over theolace making it dangerous to walk on sidewalks. They use but should be charged for not putting it in its place keeping surroundings safe for others. Lazy Tesla owners. I'm the mean time disabled people are screwed. They could do better for services for the disabled.

    I made a booking for the wrong date and tried to fix the mistake within the hour of booking. I called the property who told me I needed to speak to the third party I booked through, and I did, and they were extremely helpful and said as long as the property could confirm that it would be fixed. They couldn't get a hold of the property, and I tried to message the property, but wasn't successful. I tried calling again and they had no information on my booking so I thought it was resolved, until I got a $200 charge. I understand I made a mistake with my booking, but I really did try to fix it immediately and went through all the right channels. The third party booking company is still trying to help me resolve this but the property has not reached out or answered my messages. Not a great experience when you're traveling over 12 hours in the car with a toddler and sick dog to see family over the holidays :(

    I’m a light sleeper but requested a room on the backside of the hotel. Room was cold when we checked in but heated it up quickly. Had a good night’s sleep and back on the road the next morning, after a good breakfast they provided!
