- TKTasha Kloter4 days ago2.0First I was charged twice but they corrected it. Next our room started smelling like raw sewer it was coming out of the bathroom so we had to get our room changed. They are aware of the problem but still renting the rooms. The owner tried to tell me some story that its the city but it's on the 3rd floor and my husband is a master plumber so kinda hard to pull that on him. But breakfast was okay. Rooms need to be updated and maybe have the air on at least a little it was really hot for awhile till it cooled off. Would recommend if they got sewer issue addressed that was sooo bad you could smell it in hall way out side room door the next morning.
- AAAroddJan 5, 20265.0The rooms were very clean ! No smoking and no pets . They are pet friendly tho FYI! Staff always very friendly. Snacks in lobby were available at a decent price . Trucker friendly ! The pool was excellent ! Just FYI there is no hot tub anymore … but the pool was heated so it was still good. I loved that it was quiet and no one woke us up in the morning! Typical continental breakfast a lot of variety! And they even had coffee hot tea and hot chocolate !!! Yeah! Thank you !!! We will be back whenever were in town!

Front said they’d be happy to open the bar if we wanted to, informed them waited 30 minutes at the bar and no one came. They then let us know they’d call the room when ready, but they never did. Extremely understaffed. Great rooms and location for a stop off I-10, but why promise something they can’t accomplish?

Room was very clean. what was really neat they had a manager’s night where they fed us dinner. It was a chicken patty on bread with salad and mashed potatoes. It was simple, but it was hot and it was good and it was free. Very unexpected. but here’s the part that was very special. We left a very special stuffed animal back at the hotel that we thought that we had picked up but we did not until they called us and asked us if we recognized it and I said yes and they’re going to ship it to me to my home and hotels don’t do that anymore. They just put it in Lost and Found and never call you. I totally. appreciate the business that they do and I will definitely be back so stop by and you’ll see what

Also the heat/air condition fan ran all night and would never shut off😪
