Every time I came downstairs he would help me with snacks or he would say good morning or he would say good evening or whatever he did a lot of things to accommodate my stay. He even went out of his way to help me get a room at Powless house and accommodated my disability limitations. He probably is one of the best employees you have! However, I did enjoy Sandra with your maid service as well she was awesome too, but Michael really did help me out and he was great at customer service. I have worked at Disneyland, where you need to put on a happy face as much as you can he did not need to try. He was always happy with smiles on his face. I knew I didn't have to worry about anything when he was on his shift because he was top-notch! Thank you so much Holiday 592. You really have great employees!
