  We stayed at this location for my son's AIT graduation. We chose this location for the connivence of it being on base and close to where his graduation would be held. We were happy with the service and the breakfast. However; we were far from happy with our view. It was of the AC units that were very noisy. Since the walls are paper thin, we would hear each time one of those AC units would turn on and off. This continued all night long, each one turning on/off. For the price of the hotel, it is definitely outdated and the bathroom has no area for toiletries- no vanity for items to sit. The shower was a handheld that barely functioned. This location could use an update, at least for the important features. Especially for the cost per night.

  I will say the staff has been amazing and the rooms are very clean. My only issue is the ceilings/floors are paper thin. When my neighbor walks it literally shakes my walls and I can hear every word they say. I know that’s largely out of their control but something people should be aware of

  Checked out early, the night before the reservation was supposed to end. The desk attendant claimed their system was down, took room key and promised to mark that I was checked out. Next day, the manager charged me $168.12 for an extra day even though I was checked out and the room key was turned in at the front desk. Disorganized staff who will charge you for unauthorized stays when you are already checked out.

  The room itself was honestly underwhelming. Basic, dated, and lacking any real comfort. The furniture looked like it had been there since the ‘90s, the walls were thin enough to hear everything in the hallway, and the overall vibe was more “cheap barracks” than actual hotel. It technically served its purpose, but that’s about the best thing I can say. The location, though, was even worse. This place is literally on a military base. Getting in and out felt like a chore, with checkpoints and detours making the simplest trip frustrating. And once you’re finally off base, there’s nothing close by no restaurants, no shops, no attractions. Unless you enjoy staring at fences and barbed wire, there’s nothing here worth the stay. What really saved the experience was the service. Sage went above and beyond. She was professional, attentive, and genuinely kind. She even brought me a fan when my rooms AC went out and an extra pillow without me having to ask twice, which made a huge difference. Every interaction with her made things smoother and more enjoyable, and that kind of effort doesn’t go unnoticed. Sage is cool.
