The rooms are spacious, clean, and come with everything you need for a comfortable long- or short-term stay, including a full kitchen. The staff is professional, friendly, and always willing to help, which makes you feel right at home. The location is very convenient, close to dining, shopping, and everything on post. The hotel is quiet, safe, and well-maintained, making it perfect for both families and Soldiers traveling for duty. Highly recommend this spot for anyone staying at Fort Bliss!

The one bedroom king suite provided living and privacy space. The IHG had a social dinner for the registered guests from 1730-1900. That was an added bonus. They offer this every Wednesday. The hot breakfast was actually decent. I must admit, I think this suite was one of the best I have stayed in in a very long time. If visiting Fort Bliss, definitely stay at the Candlewood Suites, if applicable. It has a lot of great amenities to include shuttle van service to and from the shopping and eateries center on post.

The room had an odor from the second I walked into it, and I know for a fact I didn’t bring lice with me. Did a check on myself, wife, and son. Thankfully we noticed them and moved our room before they infested our things, but not a good look for first time guests.
