- BFBrandi FlemingOct 19, 20251.0The elevator was broken on one side and the side that was working had broken tiles on the floor and made horrible sounds going up and down. When it would get close to stopping it would make a loud bang and the door took forever to open. Even the ladies working the desk said they don’t use the elevator cause it’s scary. The door to our room had to be pulled shut or it wouldn’t latch. Fridge in the room was filthy inside. The shower curtain had stuff on it that I had to wash off. At breakfast the eggs were runny and cold. The sausage was cold and not fully cooked. The pancake machine and juice machines were both broken.

- BBbondgirl42Oct 12, 20254.0Great location for our needs. Our clothes felt damp though. A/C ran and kept it cool enough, but wasn’t clearing the humidity. Our shower had a constant drip—finally laid a washcloth over the handle to catch the water and reduce the noise. And a sulphur/sewer smell every time we opened the door upon returning to the room—we think it was the sink drain as someone else in our party noticed it in her room as well. Elevator made some godawful noises!🫤 Great breakfast! Nice seating areas. Room was clean and a nice sized room. Large pillows, which was great. Overall, a great hotel in Forney.

- CTChrystal TylerOct 9, 20252.0I was disappointed in this location. The hotel is not old, but not well maintained. There was only one cart for the whole hotel and I had to fight with it. The carpet had many old stains. Ceiling had poorly patched spots. The bath tub had huge cracks in it. I've never seen a hotel not try to patch a tub. Then there were brown stains (wet) all around the toilet. So the bath was not cleaner. We had no soap for the sink. On the good side. The location is great. Close to the OC. Tons of food options on the same lot as the hotel. Breakfast was good. It was not horrible, but usually these hotels are better.
