  I am a regular at Holiday Inn Express & Suites. This one was very disappointing. First, they overbooked, which means I lost a room I booked. Which was not great, but also not horrible as they put me in a one bed with a couch bed (pull out). The room had something going on in it. IDK if it was dusty or what, but myself, my girlfriend, and my two boys were all congested and snotty the next morning. I sprayed lysol spray the next day and that second night was better. Unfortunately it got my girlfriend sick and I was congested for almost a week after. Finally clearing up! The breakfast here was pretty good, nothing special and nothing bad. Hotel breakfast. The hallway on the 2nd floor did smell musty. One elevator was working and the working one was very slow and loud. My boys commented and joked about it breaking while we were in it. Outside of all that, it was a rather pleasant stay.

  I recently stayed at the hotel with my family for my daughter’s tournament and we had such a nice experience, especially during check-in with Jalai. She was attentive, polite, and friendly from the moment we walked in and even offered to help us with our luggage which meant a lot after a long day. The hotel itself was very clean and well kept, which made us feel comfortable right away but was a little hard to find. When there was an issue with our room, she handled it immediately and made sure to give us every option possible to fix it without any stress. She was patient, caring, and just had a really warm spirit the whole time, the staff was just amazing!

  This place was last minute, good rate, great employees. One night turned into 3. Full breakfast. Quiet. I'd stay again and again.

  We just finished a 6 night stay. I was enticed by a great price and a history of HIE hotels being fairly basic but acceptable. Had i read the reviews, I would have made a different choice. We arrived about 8:30 pm after a long travel day. 1st room we were given, wrong type (FD admitted they gave us wrong room). 2nd room, deadbolt didn't work. 3rd room light fixtures broken, blinds shredded and room had a bright street light right outside. Back to broken deadbolt room with a promise it would be fixed the following day. Made a 2nd request for deadbolt. It was not fixed and zero communication the entire 6 day stay. Agree with previous reviews.....this place is a hot mess .... doesn't look old, but has been ridden hard! The night FD staff seems to be teenagers that sit in the lobby on their phones or computers and only come to the desk if prompted. We were told after our 1st night fiasco we would be getting a 20% discount on our stay. Upon checkout, there was no mention of this. When we pressed, we were given about a $20 discount on our SIX night stay. We will happily go back to the Marriott that is 50% more expensive. Well worth it.

  Hmmmm where to start , only 1 elevator worked go above 3rd floor something hits the side of elevator, room was a mess from construction to cleaning i write notes on mirrors with my finger only shows up if the shower is on , I stayed 5 days I left 5 notes , just to see if maids actually clean the rooms , all 5 was there when I left , found trash behind the sofa when I got there .
