The hotel looks nice, and the bed was comfortable; but the cleaning ladies need to do a better job! There is no reason why I should be cleaning hair that was left all over the sink, walls, tub, and on the toilet paper; and toenails/fingernails! Thankfully, I always bring my own disinfecting items for these occasions! I was also overcharged for my room! I made a reservation 2 months in advance, and informed the staff that I was supposed to receive the discounted rate that OES had put in for us. Low and behold, I was overcharged and I have to call during the week to speak with a manager to fix this issue! Update: The manager was able to give a refund for the amount I was overcharged.
