This is a clean, newish hotel. We had ac issues ( super loud ac fan). Water heat issues( multiple days of no hot water). Pool issues(indoor heated pool was 60 degrees). There is no gm so our concerns were not addressed until 7 days of complaints piled up.
My family stayed there for a week. Next visit, they will likely stay somewhere else.
Breakfast was solid and room was clean.

If you are looking for a family friendly hotel that is a close drive to many fun activities this is a great place to stay. We visited Grapevine, Dallas, Fort Worth, Grandscape, Frisco and Highland Village. It is just a few minutes to a local grocery store that has quality foods. The rooms were very clean and spacious and were cleaned every other day. There were many places to charge devices and ample light, with a nice tv. Our family enjoyed the breakfast bar. Although the food was slightly warm- it never was really hot. I would suggest to management to get a microwave in the dining area. However, there is a microwave in your room, so you could always remedy the situation that way. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Would stay here again for vacation.

My only pro, this hotel has a great location next to the Riverwalk.
Cons
Room was unacceptably dirty.
Showers are barely warm,
Room was very hot upon arrival. Thermostats will not allow the room to be maintained at a comfortable temperature.
Walls and floors seem to have zero insulation. We hardly slept any, due to noise.
We will not return.

Want to stay here but the top three complaints makes it difficult:
1. lukewarm showers in the morning, afternoon. Nighttime showers are fine.
2. Pool is way too cold, was really looking forward to enjoying the pool or hot tub. asked at the counter almost every day as I felt warm water coming through the spouts but the pool never warmed up.
3. Thermostat don't maintain the temperature but rather heat up to 78 degrees, requiring the air to be put on until it reaches the desire temperature of 72 degrees. Lost any decent sleep as I had to get up and turn the air on and off to try and maintain a temperature.,
4. Staff at the counter can't be any more helpful, along with the cleaning service who do a great job. Same with the breakfast crew. Ed I think runs the breakfast (Excellent) and Christina at the Desk (very informative).
5. Enjoy the wifi for cell phone and PC.
We (wife and I) visit the area 3 -4 times a year and tried this hotel out.
By the way, home now after 11 days staying at the hotel. The thermostat reads 80 degrees in the pool at the Rec Center I go to. Really look forward each day to swim. The hotel doesn't have a hot sauna, so should at least get a thermostat on the pool and have a decent reading. I went next door to Court Yard and their pool was just right. FYI.

The front desk was pleasant.
The room had some stuff on the desk that looked like it was left from the prior occupant, however that's okay.
The breakfast is where my points are primarily removed here. Complimentary or not, a 220 dollar room/night still should have the same standards as any other hilton. Food was cold (even the food I watched them put out like the potato slices), there didnt seem to be a microwave so it couldnt be heated up, and after grabbing cereal to eat I found they only had skim milk. To quote ron swanson from parks and rec,"I tolerate a ton but the one thing I dont tolerate are liars and skim milk is lying about being milk". I asked tge front desk and they stated that was the only milk they had. So management, because its generally not concierges job to do inventory and order, lets try to keep the electronic inventory up to par.
