The only thing I dislike about this place is there running water like this sink water and shower water smells pretty bad even if you use a nice shower soap to try to smell good. Still feel dirty and smell nasty.

We had a great stay. Can't complain about a single thing. The room was a lot bigger than expected. The ac was so cold we didn't even need the fan we always bring when traveling. The room was nice and clean. The pool was clean and the kids really enjoyed the colored lights once the sun went down. We travel a lot and this is definitely a place we would use again. 1 out of 10 I would give a 9.5 the breakfast was good but could use a bigger variety. Although we're not complaining because we didn't even expect a hot breakfast. Highly recommend.

After check out they added $15 to my bill for stolen washcloths. I reached out to the email and never got a response. I get padding the bill but if your called out on it and then get treated as a ghost that just awful. Few other issues with the place but this is the one that gets under my skin.

We stayed there with my husband and kid. Was charged for pets For three nights when they were not even there for three nights. Without being told they were charging me. Then front desk was rude. I could not even have friends hang out. Wich we were extremely quiet. Definitely will not recommend… and don’t say per friendly and then charge someone’s card without getting their permission.
