- SZsusu ZDec 29, 20251.0非常糟糕！从凤凰城飞过来已经是晚上已经很疲惫，本以为可以好好休息一晚，第二天还要驾车5小时赶路，没想到客房床上用品全是脏的，并且潮湿，床单上不止一处有毛发，真的太恶心啦！跟前台说明情况，被告知没人可以帮我们更换床单，我们需要自己更换，更过份的是干净的被套只有一个，我们为了早点休息只能选择自己更换床单，没有被套只好盖一层单薄的毯子，半夜冻醒试着开暖风，谁知道是扑鼻而来的臭气！在污浊的空气和冷之间，我们只好选择冷，折腾一晚，所有人都没有休息好，第二天其中一位家人一直喷嚏不断，后来在回程途中症状越来越重，竟然发起烧来。我们在退房时有告知了前台服务员前一晚的情况，她说会反馈给经理，及时发邮件或回电给我们，至今已经三天没有得到任何反馈，一句道歉都没有等到。这么多年以来第一次遇到这种事件，也没有见过这么不作为的酒店，看来这家酒店的管理从上到下都糟透了！
